When we acquired SureFire Excellence Ltd in April 2015 (Read about it here), the SureFire Co-Founders came with an impressive track-record of delivering innovative and breakthrough sales and marketing strategies and programmes. Their tools and techniques have been developed over decades of working at the cutting edge of the industry and their hugely experienced people are well known for being engaging, fun to work with, knowledgeable and talented.
For look, touch & feel, having the key people at SureFire join us was a natural next step. The work they do gives us the structure, planning and direction we need to ensure everything we execute is bang on target and works every time. That’s why we call it BluePrint.
Blueprint project teams are made up of a core team member and subject matter/industry sector experts from our associate network. This mix enables us to deliver both consistency and depth and currency of knowledge, which ever sector, market or geography we’re working in.
Owen was the Managing Director of SureFire Excellence and now heads up the Blueprint business at look, touch & feel.
An inspirational and highly engaging personality, Owen is well known for helping organisations see the wood for the trees, helping marketing teams to plan audacious and radical new approaches and helping sales teams to break down the barriers to reaching and selling to key decision makers in new accounts and new markets.
As one of the founders of SureFire Excellence and of his previously successful marketing business Think Smart, Owen brings a real depth of experience, capability and knowledge to the organisation.
Co-Founder of SureFire Excellence and a true master of B2B marketing strategy, Paul has a 30 year track record in the industry. A background in the IT and IT Services sector with a speciality for proposition development, marketing operational excellence and competitive intelligence, Paul is seen as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in many quarters.
Paul has held senior marketing roles for global organisations and works comfortably and easily with large scale projects for enterprise clients as readily as he does for innovative and challenging start-ups.
Widely recognised as a safe and experienced pair of hands, Paul works closely with Owen and leads many of the Blueprint projects and engagements.
In his spare time, Paul is also a leading IT sector analyst and commentator for Cassini reviews with a specialist focus on the Data Centre Market.
A communications and engagement expert with considerable Project Management experience, Saffron helps organisations to translate their strategic intent into coherent and credible communications that people can understand and act on.
Saffron’s experience comes from a background of bluechip consulting with previous roles in PWC, Accenture and SAP.
More recently Saffron has been leading some key engagement and internal comms programmes at Barclaycard and Barclays where she is seen as a valued and trusted advisor.
Andrea’s background is in marketing operations where she has developed an enviable reputation for “making things happen", delivering on time and driving teams to strive for excellence. Andrea ran the Marcomms and Events team for Unisys before setting up her own marketing organisation (Think Smart) with her husband Owen. She now drives the interface between Blueprint and the Klarifi and Look, Touch & Feel teams.
